Established in the year 1977, Polyfit is located in Chennai, spread over 17,000 square meters in the Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai.

We have significantly accelerated our growth rate both in terms of product range and volume through our continuous product innovation. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit helps in wholly designing and manufacturing our products indigenously using quality raw materials.

CNC Machine

The CNC Machine Shop consists of CNC Turning Centers and VMC. The CNC Turning centers have capability to produce highly accurate components repeatedly and reliably. The machine shop features CNC Turning Centers, Multi Spindle Auto, Single Spindle Auto and Sliding Head 20mm.

CNC-Machining

Tubes & Pipe Bending

The Tube and Pipe bending division infrastructure includes Auto Pipe Cutting Machine, Flushing Machine, Tubes and Pipe End Forming Machine. CNC 5 Axis Tube and Pipe Bending Machine, Induction Brazing Machine. CNC 5 Axis 3 Stag Bending machine have capacity to bend pipes from 6mm to 120mm.

Hose Assemblies

Hose Assemblies are manufactured using European Hose and Nut crimping machines. We have capability of Manufacturing hose assemblies up to 250mm Concrete-Hose assemblies. Hydrostatic proof and burst pressure testing can also be performed as per SAE standards or to suit customer requirements. The Hose Assemblies infrastructure includes Hose Cutting Machine, Hose Skiving Machine, Nut Crimping Machine, Hose Crimping Machine, Flashing Machines, High Pressure Testing upto 35000 PSI
